1. Service Area and Availability
Auto Deluxe provides mobile car wash and detailing services in select areas. Availability may vary based on your location, technician schedule, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as storms, flooding, or unsafe working conditions.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or customer service channels. Payments are required at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the selected plan.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, mobile payments, or online invoicing.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within this window may result in a cancellation fee of $20.
If you are not present at the scheduled time and location, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and subject to the same fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide:
- Safe and legal parking space for the service
- Access to the vehicle
- Notification of any known damage, sensitive parts, or after-market modifications
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly installed parts, or failure to disclose sensitive surfaces.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied, you must report any issues within 24 hours of the service for a re-clean or appropriate resolution.
This guarantee does not apply to damage, wear, or stains that require multiple sessions or advanced restoration.
6. Subscription Plans
By subscribing to a membership (e.g., Club Deluxe Carwash™), you agree to monthly recurring payments. You may cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Unused washes or services within a given month do not carry over to the next.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we treat every vehicle with care, Auto Deluxe Mobile Carwash™ is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Rusted or weakened parts
- Items left in the vehicle
- Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services
Photos may be taken before and after service for quality assurance.
8. Privacy

9. Modifications
